We will gladly accept returns within 5 days of receipt of shipment for any books or merchandise that are inadvertently damaged in shipment, due to manufacturer defect, or the wrong merchandise packaged incorrectly. Customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at customerservice@dayspringpublishers.com for shipping instructions and to process a full refund. You will be asked to provide a brief explanation of the reason(s) for the return, which will assist us in ensuring a positive customer service experience.
Once we have received the return, within 48 hours, we will provide you with a full refund by check, or electronic transfer using Apple Wallet, PayPal, or by refund to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.
